Question about Dell 1600n All-In-One Laser Printer

Replacing toner I received a fax and it won't print. it says "fax waiting, toner empty replace toner" I put a toner cartrge in and it still says "empty toner" Is there a way to reset it?

Call Dell Tech Support. They can walk you through a "hard" reset that includes turning the printer on and off while having the tray open, holding down certain buttons, etc. If error returns, it could be that your fax module is in need of repair or something has broken on the toner cartridge. If this only happens when receiving faxes, I would suspect the former.

The printer samsung scx-452f cannot print out fax in,it shown on screen as memory receive

you have received faxes, but they can't be print until you replace toner because probably you have TONER EMPTY message also on the display.
You can buy only fuse for toner cartridge (25mm, 250V/ 0,063A or 0,1A and maximum 0,125A)
When you pull out toner cartridge you will see the glass fuse on the front left side of the cartridge.
The new fuse will reset toner empty condition

In samsung scx 4x21 all-in-one, fax received but not printing. "memory received" we get in display panel.

your toner is empty refill or replace it. You can continue printing when the toner is empty but the faxes recieved will not be printed till the toner empty light is reset.

It sounds like your toner has ran out, so you cant print any more faxes out, the memory saving the unprinted faxes has filled up and cant save any more messages.
Replace the toner and let the machine print out the saved faxes. You should then be back to normal

Can't receive fax but can send fax

I have a feeling that it is a re-manufactured or compatible cartridge??
There is a fuse that needs to be replaced on this unit. it blows when the cartridge is installed to reset the machine. If the fuse has not been replaced or is defective the machine will not recognize the new unit.

Toner Empty

it it was receiving fax before replacing the toner then it still should be able to receive so just turn your printer once off and turn it back then see what happens.
if problem still remains then please post back.

I'm surprised you're trying to make a buck off this kind of stuff. Instead of being part of the solution you're part of the problem. Easy one .....get the service manual. Mfg has rigged it so you must buy New cartridge unless you can discover the key to reset counters.

Samsung scx-4521f fax memory received but never print out.

In 3 second make combination on you Samsung 4521F 'Menu'-#-1-9-3-4. You will enter in tech menu. Select 'toner'-new toner-yes. You will receive faxes. It really works.
