Or you can hook the two wires to switches that act as the brake and park brake

I have no sound when I play a DVD/CD on my Alpine IVA-D105 head unit. Butbi do have sound when I use the tuner....

Disconnect whatever you have connected to the solid blue wire in the Alpine plug, and re-connect it to the blue/white wire instead.

Have sound on the dvd but no images how do i wire it without te bypass swicth

You need to wire the foot brake, its a 12v positive to the wire off the switch on the brake pedal going to the brake lights and at the wire coming off the e-brake is a 12 volt negative.

How do I watch videos in drive in 1996 cadillac deville

Nice car. I have a 96 Deville also and i'm installing the same radio in it in about 2 days. there are two options to bypassing the video lockout:you can either buy the PAC TR-7 bypass cable which costs around 20 bucks on or you can wire the parking break wire to a toggle switch and ground a wire from the neg end of the toggle switch. The PAC controller is way more convenient because you dont have to flip the toggle switch 3 times everytime you get in the car.I hope this helped
