I have an EMachines VL33 motherboard on a T4852 Desktop. I am getting a constant on-off Beep Code when booting at times. Other times it will not boot at all. Do you know where I can get the Beep...

The eMachines T4852 desktop computer has an FIC VL33G motherboard.
(First International Computer {Inc}

Has an Intel 865G motherboard chipset.

Part number on the Northbridge chip is Intel 82865G (Under the Heatsink)
Part number on the Southbridge chip is Intel 82801EB, or Intel 82801ER

Maximum Amount of ram memory is 2GB.
Has two ram memory slots.
Maximum Amount for EACH ram slot is 1GB.
Uses DDR Sdram that operates at a frequency rate of 333MegaHertz. (333MHz) {Best}
Also known as PC2700

Socket 478 processor socket.
Can use Intel Pentium 4 processors with up to a 533MegaHertz Front Side Bus. (533MHz FSB)

(Not advertising, just thought I would throw the above, in)

Has an AGP expansion slot for a graphics card.
Uses AGP 8X graphics cards.

Uses an Award BIOS, date 22.2.2005

Award BIOS beep codes,

AW, that's what I was going to say!

Ram Memory problem.

Suggest you remove all Ram Memory modules, and clean the gold plated contact pins.

A) Computer unplugged from power
B) Observe Anti-Static Precautions

C) Clean the contact pins with a pencil eraser.
If you are Not using a solid eraser refrain from letting the metal band touch the contact pins.

Clean each contact pin, both sides.
(184 contact pins. 92 on each side)

Just rub the eraser up, and down on the contact pins. You don't have to scrub them very hard.
After you have finished it may look as though you have done nothing at all.
I assure you that you have.

Doesn't take much corrosion on a gold plated contact pin to make a bad contact surface.

Use air to remove the eraser dust.
If you have a can of compressed air for computers available use it. (Also clean the ram memory slots out with air, if you do)

If a can of air is not available air pressure from your mouth will be sufficient.
Reinstall the ram memory module/s.

Close the computer case, plug the computer into power.
WAIT 1 minute, turn the computer on.

Need wiring connection diagram for Power Switch to Motherboard for EMachine W2925 model. Wires were disconected accidentally while cleaning inside of tower

micha219, the eMachines W2925 desktop computer uses an FIC motherboard.
First International Computer { Inc }
The Model Number of the FIC motherboard is VC37.

Disregard the following if you are aware:
The plastic front of your computer is the Front Panel.
The area on the Motherboard that the cables (Wires) from the Front Panel connect to, is the Front Panel header.

Processor to the Top, Ram Memory slots to the Right, the Front panel header is in the Bottom Right corner.

It is a rectangular shape with two columns of pins.
The length goes up, and down on the motherboard.

The pins on the Right side of the Front Panel header are numbered Odd.
The pins on the Left side of the Front Panel header are numbered Even.

There are 4 pins on the Left side.
There are 5 pins on the Right side.

Starting at the Bottom on the Right side going Up;
Pins 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9.

Starting at the Bottom on the Left side going Up;
Pins 2, 4, 6, and 8.

A) Pins 2 and 4 are for the Power On LED light.
(If after connecting the LED light is dim, reverse the wires)

B) Pins 6 and 8 are for the Power On switch. (Power On button)

C) Pins 1 and 3 are for the HarDDrive Activity LED light.

D) Pins 5 and 7 are for the Reset switch. (Reset button. IF used)

Pin 9 is NC. Not connected

Wiring diagram emachine w2047 motherboard

The eMachines W2047 desktop computer uses an FIC AM37 mobo.

FIC is First International Computer, Inc.

This link takes you to a page to download the Motherboard Manual, for the FIC AM37 mobo,

There is a version 1, and version 2 of the AM37 motherboards.
[ FIC AM37v1, and FIC AM37v2 ]

Click on the appropriate file name, or click, and download both of them. (One at a time)

These are PDF files.
The computer you are on now has Adobe Reader on it, which uses PDF files.
(All you have to do is left-click on the file name)

I would also suggest upgrading to Adobe Reader 9.3.4. ,if you don't have it already.

Give the file time to download. It may take up to 30 seconds before you see the first page.
It may also take additional time for the file to fully download.

Would appreciate it if you would rate my solution if it has helped you.

The screen doesnt come up

The beeps[s] usually signify either improperly seated/bad RAM, or improperly seated or bad graphics card. Try reseating these and reboot, if it still beeps then try removing the video card & reboot. If it does boot that way then you know it is a bad video card rather than bad ram. Hope this helps & please remember to rate my answer. Thanks.
