I CANT GET MY DUPLICATOR TO DO ANYTHING.I JUST BOUGHT IT AND PLUGED IT IN. IM GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE THAT SAYS SOURCE DRIVE NOT READY.

Hi there check the source drive by placing a cd in the draw close n draw wait 2 seconds open and see if the cd has rotated. If not then the drive is faulty. If so you may still have a faulty source drive check by placing audio cd in there if sound great if not Faulty.
