There is no picture in the screen nor the fiew finder. Can see the all the other displays ie fin,battery level,time. Yes the lens is open lol

no picture in view finder or on screen. have disconnected and recharged battery, and reset camera...any suggestions?

same problem ...I had to sen mine in two months agobecause the screen showed bluepeople (recall)it started with the blue again 2 ddays again now nothing black screen
