I am able to print from my computer but when I try to print something from the internet it comes out all garbled. It looks like code and then the message is in between the "garble". Example: I am able to print a document say from word on my computer but if I try to print an e-mail this happens.

The cleaning sponges are on a spingy pad, which can get stuck because of the old ink get a bit gunky. This can cause error 5101. Try this... Open the bonnet, use a torch, gently tug the ink carriage to the left of the rails. Clear any paper jammed in the right of the ink carriage. Lightly press the cleaning sponges down, (I used a long pen) Restart the printer.
hi! if that printer doesn't print at all,since it was configured by your computer,try to check it's properties to test the function of your printer.doing this go to control panel click printer,then right click printer,click properties.on properties click test your printer,if this printer, print but nothing appear on paper,back to your properties and go to maintenance,on maitenance click clean printer,on try deep cleaning if still doesn't print bring your printer to cannon service center to check the printer head. regards and thank's
