Question about Lexmark X9350 All-In-One InkJet Printer
When trying to scan from the printer to a Vista PC, the printer gives a error that it can not download the scan applications. This is when the printer is connected over the wireless connection. When connected via a USB cable, you can scan using the lexmark productivity suite in windows. You still cannot scan from the printer as it gives a scan error on the PC.
This appears to be a Vista driver software issue- check out Lexmark for any updates
You can also try the followng.
go to--- Start/Programs/Accessories/system Tools/Compatibility Wizard and try resetting the machine to run as XP
