I don’t want to getanyone in trouble, but change all your passwords (after you clean and updateyour computer and change you IP address) and tell here that you will presscharges if she continues to break into your computer.

uninstall unwanted software click start> control panel> Add/Remove programs

Delete junk files
1. Click run start> Run> type %temp%
2. Click run start> Run> type temp

Restart computer.

if you just deleted the spyware just restore it from your trash bin but if you uninstalled it then you will have to reinstall it using either your software cd or its executable file.
