acer aspire 5520 laptop problem!!!

After pressing the power button the laptop will run for 3 seconds and then shut off and keep this cycle up until the battery and all power is removed. Once in a blue moon it will boot up to the opperating system. but very very rare.

- there is one problem... I can't even get into windows to do this, it shuts off after 3 seconds of being on then it does its constant rebooting :(

the registry is corrupt...this happesn after frequent use and windows files getting corrupt...
get Tuneup Utility and crack from my website and install both the software and crack then clean the registry using the tools in there...

- boot in safe mode if u can...press F8 after power on...
in safe mode install the utility...
