F02 is a drain error in your Kenmore washer, if
the unit is unable to drain then after 4 minutes it will display suds and then
F02. The first thing that should be done is cleaning the drain hose and the
drain pump filter, you can take out three torx screws from the bottom front
panel and then clean the area completely, lift up the cap to clean the filter.
If the error returns then check the drain pump if it is not working then
replacing the pump is recommended repair. Please get back to me if you have any
F11 means the washer thinks there is something wrong with the motor or motor circuit and FdL means the washer thinks there is something wrong with the door lock. These two together mean neither of those things. The problem is called cold solder joints. The solder joints on the CCU circuit board at the spade connectors and relays (5 of them) were not soldered as well as they should be which results in communication errors and different codes like you have. The CCU circuit board will need to come out (plastic case inside, top, back of the machine) and those joints I spoke about will need to be resoldered. If you can handle it great! if not, just remove the CCU in the plastic case and take it along with this response to a good appliance repair shop and they should be able to help you. Good luck.
you have a communication problem between your door lock and your ccu board. Are you hearing a click click click before it fails? If so this is a relay inside your ccu board. Replace the board this will solve your problem
The F 11 code is a water fill code. Check the water to make sure both lines are on. If their on then turn off take hoses off the water inlet valves in the back and check the screens. If your screens are clean then you probably have a water inlet valve problem. Are you able to open the door to get your clothes out? If not I can tell you how to get it open.
You want to know what code dL means on a whirklpool duet washer.
This is what works for me 99% of the time:
Simply unplug the washer for ten minutes. The onboard computer will reset and work like new.
Please understand that you are not being shortchanged. There are hundreds of codes and with this new computer tech. they mostly require a repareman. To save you money the manufacturer has designed it to reset itself after ten minutes to solve most problems. Try this first, you can always call a local pro later if you want.

It is rather involved, but it's easier to rule out the simple things first. Check for a siphoning issue, first, followed by the dran pump. In most cases this is a simple problem. If the problem goes beyond that, please let me know and I will give you further advice if needed. I hope this helps you.
