E260 keeps refresshing data base

from Stollydog - I had put in an SanDisk 8GB as I have heaps of CD's. I removed this and then went back to factory settings. I reloaded my music from the computer and now it thankfully has stopped refreshing and repeating songs. My partner has an identical SanDisk with an 8GB card extra in it but isn't causing this problem. Maybe this can help at least solve some of the problem though my 4GB is just about full now.

Try to listen to songs on my Mp3 player (sansa c240) it no wrk

You have to connect the mp3 player to the computer and refresh your device through Bearshare - their songs have fixed licenses, which require you to refresh every 30 days or less.

Can't remove music

What I would recommend you to do is to format the player and then upgrade the firmware...you need to format the player thru windows media player not MY COMPUTER... to format using the WMP go to the sync tab and your device should be listed there and right click on the device and hit format...Hope this helps

Please rate accordingly..
Thank you

Refresh data base freezes

If your SanDisk is locking up try holding the power button down. It will force it to shut down. If you continue to get that error you probalby need to update/reload the firmware. Check out the sandisk.com website. Go to the music and video link and then select forums under support. If memory serves me correctly I had to download the file to my PC and then copy it to my Sandisk to get it to load. I lost all my songs but it fixed the problem.
