Question about SanDisk Sansa c240 MP3 Player
I can't remove any music from my player. I've tried every media program I have, even sansa's and when I connect it says that I have 1.3 mb free but doesn't list any of the music that's on my player. I can't remove any music!
my problem is that mp3 player wont let me reload my music it keep saying refresh data base. i just want to start over and redo my songs on my mp3 player
What I would recommend you to do is to format the player and then upgrade the firmware...you need to format the player thru windows media player not MY COMPUTER... to format using the WMP go to the sync tab and your device should be listed there and right click on the device and hit format...Hope this helps
