Question about Apple iPod 4th Generation MP3 Player
I removed my ipod from its speakers and connected it to an earphone and now it cant work anymore, it shows the apple logo and a sad face then off it goes!
Hopefully your ipod is still under warranty, because this is indicative of a hardware problem.
You could try to force it into disk mode and do a restore, if that doesn't work then it needs to be sent in for repair.
