Before you encountered that problem, did your fone got a chance to get wet ,or did it drop on the floor?if so,your fone might have a hardware problem.formatting it or reprogram wont help.have it checked and clean 1st.about the battery that drains fast, your fone is grounded the cause is maybe in water or moisture, and unit accidentally drop.

We enable a password security on our Nokia phone to keep the data on
the memory card private and not accessible to others. However, many
times you may have come up across a situation wherein you have
completely forgotten the password of the memory card or simply the
access to the memory card is denied. Even though you have tried
your best to come up with all the combinations of the passwords that
strike in your mind but all your efforts seems to be going in vain.
Instead of panicking in such a situation, you can stay calm and perform
a few troubleshooting steps to access the phone’s memory card. One
of the easiest ways to unlock or access a blocked memory card of your
phone is to rename the memory card. Here are the steps you can take to
rename the phone’s memory card:
On your Nokia phone, press
the Menu button and go to Gallery> Memory Card (Please note the
location of the Memory Card on the phone’s software may vary with
Do not open the Memory Card folder but only
highlight it and then select Options > Rename and put a new name to
your Memory Card by replacing the old name and press OK.
Restart the phone and you will be able to access your cell phone’s memory card easily.
Here's the solution, I just had the same problem LOL!
1. take the memory card out
2.On the memory card there is a little switch (it will be the little
tiny piece on the side of the card thats a different color) slide it up.
