1)check the wire of your charger if it is good
2)check your battery
3)check the connection of the battery on your cellphone maybe there are some connection that are disconnected
4) In general check your power supply.

A problem I have seen countless times on the DELL pocket PCs. Check the corners of where the touchscreen go UNDERNEATH the plastic housing. Sometimes when dust or debris collect here, your touchscreen has a difficult time calibrating.
Note: The following is a quote of someone else: I had the same prob. Went to dell site and found this. Take out
battery. Put the cover back on. Attach to cradle and turn on. While it
is on, do a soft reset. Turn off, take it out of the cradle and put
battery back on. Try turning on with battery only.
Know it worked for me except for the last part. when i replace the battery it won't run on...again. tell me what happens with you ^_^
