Get a professional opinion. Rather than use software solution that run the potential of deleting your data, I would ask the experts.

Re: lost the hard disk data how to recovery

There are various data recovery tools on the market. Most of them are free to try but very limited in their restore functions.

I can recommend the GetDataBack application from Runtime Software.
You can find it at the link below:
[GetDataBack Data Recovery]

As mentioned there are limitations. If you want to try some other application. There are plenty more that are free to try.

See link below for a selection of Data Recovery tools:
[Free Data Recovery tools at]
[Free to try Data Recovery Tools at]

I hope this information helps you out, please rate this suggestion.

I had format my Fs-4 Pro HD, and I need that

My apologies if this message finds you long after posting this problem , but I am currently working through a backlog of problems that never got answered and hopefully this info can still be of use if not now possibly in future.

Please download Disc Digger HERE. This is a free tool you can use that works very well and there is no installation required, just run the program once you downloaded it.

Once you have connected the memory disk / hdd to the computer , run the program.

On the program , select the dig deep option for accidentally deleted files or dig deeper for a formatted drive. Then select the disk you want to do the recovery on and run the program.

The data will be displayed and you can recover it from there. This will only work if the card has not been used since the data was lost. Save the files to a location on the computer hard drive and not back to the disk it is recovering from as this will overwrite the other pictures that still needs to be recovered.

Some of the properties of the files may become lost in the recovery but the pictures should be fine.

You will also only be able to recover certain file types using this method.

Feel free to ask if you need more assistance.

Kind Regards

Bios not recognizing new hardrive

Some older laptops don't always recognize the full size hard drives bigger than 134 Gb, but they usually show up in your bios. There isn't an easy way to install it wrong, so if the drive wasn't new to you, it might have a problem...New Hard drives come with installation CD's, but that won't do you any good until the drive is recognized

No booting

The problem is Operating systems are co-dependent on hardware.
If the motherboards, processors, ram, video adapters, etc don't match you would not be able to swap hard drives and expect to boot.

You could try pressing F8 on boot and try to access safemode.

If it does boot into safemode immediately it will want to reactivate windows.(because of all the hardware changes.

If it still can't boot, you may want to put the 80 gig in as slave to the 40gig and ghost the 40 gg hard drive over to the 80.

If you don't want to lose your data on the 80 gig then reboot with an xppro cd and reinstall windows in the same partition overlaying the installation on top of existing windows directory.

the new windows will have to be activated but all data will still be there.
