You should have a white docking station that the USB cord connects to. You can also install a memory card and remove the card and place it in a memory card reader if you do not have the docking station.
Part Number for the Docking station is: (CS-DC1)
If you do not have the docking station, I would try to contact Canon to see if it is available or check the auction sites.
