Can not set passkey for wep200

1 Set your Bluetooth phone to discover the headset by following your phone's guide. Typically, the steps involve going to the Settings, Connection, or Bluetooth menu on your phone and then selecting the option to discover Bluetooth devices. Your phone will find the Samsung WEP200 headset. 2 Select Samsung WEP200. 3 When the phone asks if you want to pair with it, confirm by selecting Yes or OK. 4 Enter the headset passkey or PIN, 0000.

Another user tried 0000 just now and it worked immediately.
hold the button down for about fifteen seconds when you first switch on (you will hear the second beep)

1 Turn your bluetooth headset off. If it is on, press and hold multi-function button(for about 4 seconds) until the LED blinks twice. 2 Prepare your bluetooth enabled phone to be ready to go to search mode. 3 Turn your bluetooth headset on in pairing mode. (Press and hold the multi-function button for almost 9 seconds. The LED will be steadily LIT.) 4 Activate the Search option in your phone. You should see Samsung WEP200 in your phone's screen. Choose that and press OK 5 The phone will ask for a passkey. Press 0000. Then press OK. Give it a few seconds, your phone and bluetooth headset will be paired.

You must put your headset in pairing mode, prior to making your PS3 search for new devices. To do it, start with your headset turned off. Then, press and hold the MFB (Multi-Function Buttons) for some 8 seconds, until the indicator light is steadily lit in blue. Now, make your PS3 search for new devices. After a little while the WEP200 should show on-screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros).

trying to pair Emerson EM260 blue tooth. Don't remember the pass key. Not taking 0000. Any suggestions?
