we were watching tv for the last couple of nights and at the top of the screen it started getting fuzzy and color was bad. Tonight while we were watching the tv all of a sudden it made a popping sound and went off. We turned it back on and the picture was very dim and fuzzy. It is about a 1 and half years old. What do we do.

    • Was away from tv and heard a pop like a light bulb going out, and then glass falling. Opened back 2 panels and found no glass. Tv repairman came and by just looking at the picture said it was the power supply board. Is this something I can pop out and back in myself, And is this for sure my problem as I don't have lots of money for the repairman to be playing guessing games with my checkbook.

the blue light where you turn the tv on, turn green for a second then turn blue. but the tv won't come on.

same thing happened to me but it wont turn back on hit power button and come on clicks and turn off

Could you please explain this to me a little better. I am a single woman and I have this tv on the wall. Do you have a picture to show me where this might be.

Open the back cover and check any fuse blow in Y Sustain board or Z Sustain board. If you do find the fuse gone, replace the board. Good luck!
