As is the case with 80% of glitchy phones, your firmware went bad and your phone needs to be flashed at either your local service center or your service provider. This is something that they can do while you wait. No more than 15 min. If you don't have a service center in your area, or the phone isnt under warranty look in my profile and im sure we can help you

Cant set mp3's as ringtones

Try formating the phone and putting the music back on the phone. It could be posible that your files got corrupted while transfering them over. Also check if the copy protect is off and that might corrupt the file making not able to play when you set them as your ringtone. Also are the mp3s playable in your media center? Let me know if this helps.

Unable to transfer ringtones

No help needed...after taking it to a tech center - and they said it was a phone issue which couldn't be fixed ( guess they were new hires from flipping burgers? ) I simply did a master works fine and I can upload & store my ringtones w/o any issues.

Won't receive bluetooth ringtones

Probably you have low memory on your phone, or the file that you are transferring is not supported by your phone..

Try to transfer another file or free up some space first.. if these would not work... last resort will be a master reset.. refer to your user's manual for master reset..

have a nice day =)

Saving Ring Tones

Razrs are not capable of saving anything as a ringtone. Motorola did away with that with the new software versions.

Cant apply audio file as a ringtone

I'm told the Razr 3a's software won't allow audio files that were transfered to your phone via Bluetooth, for example, to be used as ringtones. I gather they want us to buy them instead.
