Question about Gateway FPD2275W LCD Monitor
My HP w19b LCD monitor display keeps going fuzzy or shadowy now and then. HP support keeps telling me to reinstall the graphics driver software, that it could not be the actual monitor or the computer. I reinstalled the driver several times with little or no effect. The problem is intermittent so it seems fixed at times. HP will not give me any advice on warranty repairs, ignoring my emails and questions about warranty service. My warranty is almost expired and the problem is not fixed. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to solve either the display problem or the warranty issue?
Occasionally the cuplrit to a shadowy haze on an lcd monitor is the VGA cable. A new one that is better shielded may help.
