Pho tags express software

Windows vista is not recognizing my camera and must not be downloading correctly. how do i solve this.

Few cameras are not compatible with the vista. Try with windows 2000/xp. It should work. Good luck.

Normal 0 You need to go to the manufactures site and download the VISTA driver for the camera. Then follow the info below to install the program.



Try disconnecting the Camera from the USB port and reinstall the CD or Downloaded software program. When the program asks you to connect the camera to the USB port, do so and it should work.

Windows Vista Won't Recognize Camera


Went to device manager, imaging devices, right clicked on the indicated sub item and updated the driver.

Downloading photos from a digital camera


If the photo's are stored on a removable memory card, you can use a USB card reader to transfer them, without having to use the software, or have the camera connected.

This method is also MUCH faster to transfer pics anyway.
