Question about Espressione Caf? Dolce Aroma

Espressione Dolce Aroma Deluxe and Espressione Mirage delluxe

I purchased 4 of each of the above in a liquidation sale. NONE of them work. I keep getting an error message that the spout malfuntions and to turn the machine off. There is no where in the manual that even mentions 'spout malfunction'. One machine doesn't grind. They all have the same problem or problems. They're awful. Meanwhile I own them. Where can I take them for repair. I am in Camarillo, CA.
Please help.

    I have same problem ,Espressione was send to to the Smith Agency Ltd.

    for worranty repairs after 3 month vating get it back and it dosen't work

    Hi there, I have an Expressione Dolce Aroma Expresso Machine, that keeps getting the error "Spout Malfunction". We've already had this problem once and sent it in for repair. They fixed it, but just less than a month later we got the same malfunction. We do not want to keep sending it in because of shipping costs that we must fully pay that the company does not reimbuse you for. Any solutions?

    I have the exact same problem with the spout malfunction. When you open up the unit you can see directions on the inside door for realigning the brewing unit, this appears to be the problem. Once you follow the instructions for realigning the brewing unit you can likely expect to brew 1 cup of coffee before it manually needs to be realigned again!

I had the same spout malfunction proiblem. I never give up and I always manage to fix these kinds of things. I read this board called the company, they are clueless. Here is your answer: Remove the brewing unit and get a pair of pliers. With the pliers, gently jolt the the circular gearbox that rotates the brewing unit at the bottowm of the machine. It is the left hole of the 2 holes inside the unit on the bottom Gently move it clockwise. You will hear the gears make a faint noise like the machine does when it is on and spinning the brewing unit.
Now replace the unit and turn on the machine. Magic, the spout malfunction issue is gone and the machine works again. I had to do this several times before it worked. Apparently the spuse malfunction has something to do with aligning the dear box in the unit with the removable brew unit., Of course make sure the brew unit is aligned with the yellow marks before you replace it into the unit.

Go to ScanSoft's web site...Find references to Delluxe 7 on their site. If they have an upgraded driver, download it & try it.... best solution ... if there isn't an upgraded driver for XP, then you'll have to write your own... sorry.

The nachine make all the steps, but only can get


One most posible reason is that the grinding coffee passage is blocked so the coffee is not moving up the the group piston and the machine brues without any coffee in piston and you receive only water.
We sugest to move all coffee beans from grinder by hand and the remaing with the help of vacum cleaner. Try to s.ck also everything that is inside the grinding like grided coffee which probably stuck bettween baldes.
Now udjust teh grinder to 2-3 steps more gross coffee and try the machine again. If it works then you should have coffee but not with good cream at top. So try a coplue of coffe more and if everything is ok then ajust back the position of the grinnder but one step at the time so one step back one coffee.
