My sansa had a lot of songs last night next day all of them were gone and it says refresh database failed what do i do? i tried the format by going 2 computer and formating but i tried that didn't work know where i can get the update 1.00.18 instead of 1.00.12 which i have now
It sounds you may have deleted the firmware on the device..you shouldnt use the computer setting to format the device...you should have used windows media player..i would recommend you to follow the link below to get the firmware update done your device....
