As you can see, the screen isn't full, its kinda half, mom pressed something and i don't know how to fix it, please help.

The issue here is the "Format" or "Ratio" of the screen. Currently, it is set to Standard Format or a 4:3 ratio. It may also be set to 480i or 480P scan rate.

You should change it to Wide Screen or 16:9 ratio. Additionally, you will want to display High Definition images by selecting a scan rate of either 720P, 1080i or 1080P - depending on which choices are offered by the TV. Typically the remote will offer a choice of Format. It is possible that the source device (cable TV, DirecTV, Tivo, etc. has a command to cause this too. In any case, the TV, and other source appliances must be set to Wide Screen / 16:9 and 720P or higher to veiw full screen, HD images.

I hope this helps & good luck!

Have Flash plyr 8 a few sites say that 'perameters not wide4 enough' what would be gained by downldg ADOBE 10 or 11 PLEASE /

flash player 8 does not support the H262/3/4 flash formats that most of the sites use now for a clearer picture and wide screen formats.
Downloading the latest version will allow you to watch more video.

Same issue here with this TV. Started when I hit auto converge

If your watching a standard resolution(4:3) picture in wide screen format (16:9). than the picture will be stretched and the tops and bottoms cropped. look in your video or set up menu to change the resolution settings to standard 4:3

Be sure to have fully charged batteries and format your SD card using the FAT format. Start by taking the batteries and SD card out, then reinserting after at least 30 second. Can't get picture in wide format on the menu. 16:9 and 4:3 only.

I had the same problem with a 50". The only way I could fix it was to set my Bose system to 4:3 format and the tv to 16:9. Now you can use the zoom to get the right size

good luck
