Pc suite leaves names blank for businesses

The free Sony Ericsson PC Suite downloads all my contacts from Outlook but any businesses come down as blank in the name. It means I have a lot of blanks.

Also my old phone could search using the keys a bit like t9 but this one you need to know what it has stored it as. So if it has come across with the first name - surname then you won't find it looking for the surname.
