the default page setup - paper size and orientation of your email was not set to short or long bond paper. try to find settings then set it to bond paper size
Try placing the business card sheet in the main paper bin instead of the manual feed or adjusting the print orientation from Portrait to Landscape or vice versa.
Your printer needs cleaning. Clean with q tip and alcohol make sure printer is unplugged Do not drip alcohol inside the printer wait til it dries before restarting.
Check to make sure that there is nothing preventing the page from being pulled into the printer. Overlapping words is often caused by the paper feed not moving quickly enough, subsequently causing words to overlap and not span the entire page. If that doesn't work, let me know and we'll troubleshoot further.
My quess would be that printhead is becoming clogged, photos don't use as much ink as plain paper printouts that is why they look faded! You need to call Kodak tech support!

Nice printer.. Hope this will give hints. Considering transparency papers, please try another batch of or a piece of transparency paper. Try to adjust also the graphics preferences (dark to light) aside from transparency paper selection. Have a nice day.
