Question about TruTech PVS12701 Portable DVD Player
My kids have a portable dvd player. you can not see the picture, just the outline of a picture. but it plays perfectly. you can hook it up to the tv and it plays. my question, should I change the screen, is it worth it? new ones can be less than $100.
thanks for your time.
My grand daughter dropped her DVD player on the rug and now it only has half a screen. Is it worth it to have it repaired and who repairs trutech.

You can try pushing the little black button at the top middle of the main part of the dvd player when it is open, where the screen folds down onto it. This has worked for us. Good luck.

You should have received a warranty with it take it back to the store you received it from and work things out
