Computer just turned off one day and never went back on The lights show on that it is plugged in but thats about all it will do

There could be a problem with the battery. A fast check to determine whether you have a problem with the power adapter, power cord or the laptop's battery is to turn off the laptop, remove the battery, connect the power adapter, turn on the laptop & see if it works.
If the laptop works directly from the power adapter with the battery removed, then the power adapter is good. In this case we can suspect that the battery is defective & needs to be replaced.

If this did not work, try also disassembling the laptop & make sure that all main components are seated properly. Also make sure that all ribbon cables interconnecting the various components of the laptop are tightly connected.

It sounds like your battery needs to be replaced. Even though you can plug these in, they will not work when they do not have a good battery.

Cannot find wireless network on Secondary computer
Try this, unplug the power from your modem, wait 25 seconds and plug it back in. Unplug the power cord from your router and wait 10 seconds.. plug it back in. Wait for the Wan/Ready/Internet light on your modem to stop flashing or go to its default position. Reboot your 2ndary computer. Try the internet again. Won't start at all
It can be anything from a faulty power jack, to a fried motherboard. Take it back to best buy as soon as you can, and let them take a look. Nothing more you can really do.

No signs of power on my gateway mt3705
The power supply provides only 48V (or what ever is listed on the back) but the computer breaks out +12 -12 +5 -5 etc and if that power regulator is damaged it will not come on.
Remove the battery and unplug, hold the power button on for 2-3 minutes, plug in ONLY the power cord and press the power button.
Most likely if you don't get any text on the screen the internal power regulator/converter is damaged.

My computer is not showing when my camera is plugged in
Make sure the camera is turned on, plug the USB cable into your PC first, then into the camera, wait for a beep from your PC to show it has recognized the hookup, then go to "My Computer" and look for the Fuji icon. Don't unplug the camera anytime the lights are flashing on it.

Won't turn on
Sometimes it is the battery not holding the vharge. If that is not the case then it most likely is the adapter connector on the mother board where there could be a broken solder connection or the connector itself may be broken. I had the same problem with my hp laptop and disassembled it abd found a broken solder connection to the motherboard and the adapter connector. I just made a solder connection where it was broken and everything came on normally.

Compaq presario V2000 doesn't start
It sounds like one of the most frequent failure for a laptop, the plug on the back of your laptop is probably broken. Check if it's loose, try to move the plug until you get the orange light. If it's the case, someone need to resolder/replace the plug on the motherboard.
