When I try to log in to yahoo mail it tells me i am not connected to internet, but I am. I have insight broad ban service. When I try to do the dell support it tells me Im not connected to the internet, but I am. It wouldn't let me download firefox for the same reason but i was on the homepage. I pinged it and it said all packets dropped.
First, turn off the modem and the computer.wait five min, then turn only the modem on, then the computer.now try the internet.if it does'nt work call insight and have them help you put your user name and passworld on to your interface page of your moden.

Generally trying to log in multiple times using the wrong password can get you locked from a account. But then again there could be many different reasons like breaking the Yahoo Mail Terms Of Service would most likely get your account either locked or banned. I am not 100% sure on this though so your best bet would be to contact the customer support for Yahoo Mail and you will most likely get a for sure answer! Well you should at least ha. do not try to resolve the issue. wait for some time before trying to connect to yahoo mail.
if the problem persists (unlikely) then access the www.yahoo.com page, and see if you are logged in. You username will be visible somewhere in the top 1 inch on the screen if you are logged in. If that happens, simply click "log out", refresh the page (press F5) and try after some time

Call your internet service provider and let them inform that you can't log in your account in yahoomail and yahoo messenger but you can used other online messenger like skype etc. Tell them that you type your username and password correctly in your yahoo account. I personally experienced the same with your problem right now! In my own experienced i just wait an hour and or another day in order to access my yahoo mail or yahoo messenger! Because i tried to uninstalled and installed the yahoo messenger or the browser but i can't help it myself to connect with my yahoo account.Have a nice day!
First check whether you account is chat banned..confirm us that you can log it in Yahoo messenger but can't enter room. consider that it's a chat banned ID.. Solution is add an alias in this account and you can enter room with that.
Need to go into your security center and reset your
internet security settings,click tools,internet options,content
tab, Disable some options and check out if your able to connect to the site again. If not, then you need to contact internet Service Provider to disable the security settings in your connection.
Make sure you have internet connection.
from internet explorer go to http://mail.yahoo.com
if can display, you just log in to your account.
if not, you have internet connection problem.
Try to ask your internet service provider.
