That's not a complete model number for Sony. Re post the model numbers of your set and I will be able to assist you.

    Check for a shorted Horizontal output as well as R607 being open. Also may have shorted low voltage regulators. Hope this helps. Let me know uf you need any additional info.

The tv doesnot turn on


either the lamp needs to be replace which eventually happen in all rear projection tvs. Do you have colored lights, flashing lights on tv? It is also very possible that the power supply may need to be replaced. If you have colored or flashing lights, please let me know which ones they are and if they are a solid light or flashing and how many times it flashes.

If the tv has sound no picture, than it is your lamp. If you have nothing what so ever, than your power supply may have to be replaced.

personally i would call a tv repairman out to fix the set.you can get alot of different opinions on here about what it may or may not be but the best thing to do is call a repaiman and let them fix it

if the main board by chance got wet you will need to use a blow drier to try and dry it out..it may already be beyond fixing if water goi into it
