the fan and the compressor kicks on, and you can feel the heat forming on the unit. The blower does not seem to be blowing the heat out of the unit. Any suggestions?

Hi,
Pls check following......
1) If the Fan run and the Blower not function its min loose the hub or screw of the blower ,fix the hub or screw .
2) May be the the shafting of fan motor not rotate, repair the shafting or bushing of fan motor.
3) Check the Capacitor if this low capacitance or open (not function) using Multi-tester to check the parts.
4) Check the Fan motor wire if this loose connection.
if does not working,go to the nearest repairman to help the problem.
Thank you & have a nice day
