Try to Format the Mp3 player wat u can do is Connect the Mp3 player to the computer go to My computers there u will find the Mp3 player as a removable disk just right click on it and click on format and format it it will solve the problem

Try buying a 1gb MicroSD card and plugging it into the MicroSD slot on the player. That would give you an additional 1000mb of free space and might stop the "not enough space" error from shuting it down.
I believe this should be the manual that your looking for. You may also want to try hooking the MP3 player up to your computer via the usb cable. After doing so, if nothing automatically comes up, you should be able to open the players drive via the my computer option. A lot of times a copy of the manual and the operating software can be found here.
