Need more info to know for sure, but first thing to check is blown fuse. Look in owner's manual to find which fuse controls this outlet.

I pluged in a small car vac in the power outlet , after ten minutes it blew. Owners manual dosen't say there is a fuse for it.

There should be a cig lighter-accessory relay in the box near the battery. It is powered by a 9amp fuse and a 20amp fuse. The 20amp fuse is in the same box with the relay.
These fuses and relay power the front and rear outlets.

My radio stop working

I would say you did in fact blow a fuse. Fuse number 5 is a 20amp fuse that the lighter and radio get power from. The fuse gets power from an accessory relay which could also have been damaged.
Be sure and check the socket for damage before you try to use it again.

At some point, you blew a fuse. I would check the fuse block and look in the accessories area. Should be a 15 or a 20 fuse. Check to see if the fuse is burnt out by holding it up to the light. If it is, you can just buy these at your local auto parts store. Never mix or match fuses, put back what the OEM recommends or at least put back in what you took out.

I have a 2004 ION and the fuse is located behind the drivers side center console kick panel. The panel can be removed by tristing the large blastic screw near the left top of the kick panel. You can use a coin to do it. Once the panel is off relace fuse F20 and your god to go.
