Sounds dumb, but have you tried turning your phone off and back on? My Motorola was doing the same thing, exchanged it 2 times before the service tech was in the store & told me what to do.

Phone wont recognize bluetooth

When you say "phone wont recognize bluetooth", do you mean that the phone can't find it, or that it finds it but doesn't complete the pairing? It could be that that headset is not completely in pairing mode. It should have either flashing blue or flashing red/blue or solid blue.

Lost instructions for how to get my cell phone connected to my samsung mep 350 calls for pin and i dont have one

1 Enter Pairing mode.
• Turn off your headset and press and hold the Multifunction
button until the blue indicator light remains lit
after blinking.
• If you turn it on for the first time, it proceeds into Pairing
mode immediately.
2 Search for and pair with your phone according to your
phone’s user guide. (Bluetooth PIN: 0000, 4 zeros)
• If the pairing is successful, the blue indicator light will
flash 10 times rapidly before entering Standby mode.
• If the blue indicator light remains lit, retry pairing.
Pairing with your Bluetooth phone
When the headset and the phone are paired, the
headset attempts to reconnect automatically each
time it turns on. Otherwise, press the Multi-function
button to reconnect.

I need the access code to pair it to my cell phone.

Follow the steps below:
• Setting the headset into pairing mode
1) Ensure the headset is fully charged
2) The headset must be switch off
3) Press and hold the on button for +- 8 seconds until the light flashes red-blue
4) The headset is now in pairing mode
• Searching for the headset on the phone
1) Go to “settings” or “connections”
2) Select Bluetooth, then options
3) Select Devices and click add
4) The phone should search for any available Bluetooth devices and display what was found
5) Select the Explorer 3XX device and click add
6) You will be required to enter in a pass code which is standard ‘0000’
7) If successful then the headset will start flashing BLUE every few seconds.
8) If it’s a Samsung or Nokia phone you will need to “AUTHORIZE” headset on the device.
• The headset is now paired with the phone

So - 0000 (four zeroes)

hope this helps

The LG HBM 730 has a muti-function key on the front of the bluetooth. You can recognize it my the semi-circle (phone) symbol. When Bluetooth is on it is 'red'. It is actually a button (not obvious though). Hold it in for 8 seconds or so to turn it on. The light is a give-away when it's on.
Pairing is just the term used to indicate your phone recognizes your bluetooth. You need to set up your phone to recognize the bluetooth that you have.

Connecting my H700

If you have it paired with another device, shut that device down first.  With the boom closed on the headset, hold the center button down until it turns a steady purple, then open the boom on the headset.  Then click on find device through your Blackberry.  Enter code 0000.  It should work for you then.
