Question about Canon Pixma MP500 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I've tried everything short of uninstalling and reinstalling the software. All I did was check one of the ink cartridges and now I can't print because it keeps saying the inside cover is open....ANY suggestions ???
This is a hardware problem nothing to do with software; somewhere inside the printer a cover is not closed correctly.
