Question about T-Mobile Dash Smartphone
There's something wrong with my Sony Ericsson W910i, I only bought it for less than 2 months, yesterday, I tried to turn my phone on, but somehow it won't, let me be more specific, as I push the power button, the phone vibrate and lid as usual, the sony ericsson logo appears for about 3 seconds, than the phone goes off again, but after a few seconds without any iput, the phone screen lid again with a vibration, but not any logo, few secs after, the phone goes off again, it just kept looping and looping. I had to take the battery out to actually stop it from "looping". At first I thought it was because my battery ran out, I put it on charge for a couple of hours, as it says "Fully Charged" on screen, I unpluged the cable as usual, but when I switched it back on again, it didn't make any difference.
Please can someone help me!

I had this same problem just earlier this week. I looked somewhere on the web that updating the phone's software/firmware might be the solution to something similar, and it worked for me too.
On the Sony Ericsson website, go to support, and put in your phone model, then it'll bring up all the useful things for it. What you want is the update service software: http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/phones/topic/updateserviceapplication/w910i?lc=en&cc=gb
That gets installed on your computer, then you follow the instructions to apply it to your phone via the USB. It wipes the memory of your phone, so numbers and such stored on there will go (and if you can't turn it on, you can't avoid this). The memory card isn't effected.
