Question about Operating Systems
Many people think that they can download spyware protection software and then forget about it. However, that is not the way it works. In order to keep your computer clean you have to use the program frequently. Most programs do not stop spyware from getting into your computer; they simply remove the program once it is there. Therefore, you have to scan your computer frequently to check for any unwanted programs. If your program will scan to remove spyware automatically you should schedule a scan every day. You can have the program scan your computer when you are asleep and then you never have to worry about the problem again.

Hey yeah you got spyware,
but anti virus dont remove spyware,
For virus's you use an anti virus
For Spyware you use anti spyware
For trojans you usea trojan remover
Here are my suggestions for your security system
AVG Anti virus > made by grisoft and is free(just download)
SuperAnti Spyware >>> this is also free i thank god for this one
Now the resaon you cant delete the file is cause its running in your processes, You can downalod the superanti spyware remover and let this do the work for you or...
1.) click start the run and type msconfig the hit enter
2.) click startup and disable the application or applicatios runing the file
4.) delete the file
please note this may just be a quick fix, just becasue the program isnt running doesnt mean its gone, to totally remove it will require registry fixes and is very difficult for newbies, I'd suggest you downlaod the Super Anti Spyware and use that...

I would try running one of the free online scans by someone like Mcafee or PCCillin, you can run these without actually buying the software. They will help you see if you have any issues.
As for the file you cannot delete. It is likely that this file has been locked hence your not able to remove it. There is a free handy program called unlocker that may help if you search for this on google and install it, you can then right click on the file and you will have a new unlocker option, choose this and you can then unlock the file, and even try and delete the file from this program.
Hope this helps. Please note I have no idea what your file it so I cant guarantee that if you remove this file everything will still work, as long as your sure its ok to delete the method above should work.
