Question about LG KG800 Cellular Phone
I always take the battery out and clean the connectors. Then I insert battery carefully, making sure it seats. Then I start the phone with the cover off. Then I slowly replace the cover while 'on'.- Works every time.
The only time it ever happens is when I'm out of range and the battery gets drained. Strange, but true.

You have to get the flexcable replaced......take the phone to a mobile service center and have them replace it.
