You have to reset the phone to solve this problem. To reset the phone:
1. Please make sure the battery is fully charged. 2. Take a backup of contacts and messages because these may get removed during reset. 3. Press *#7370# and then enter security code. (Default is 12345) 4. After the phone restarts, restore the backup.
