I want to change the time on the face of my 5020 mitel phone. I have a user manual but it does not address this issue. Please help! It's an hour and 10 minutes ahead and it's hard to work thinking it's 5pm but it's really only 4pm!! Thanks.

Login to phone system or you can setup the time thru the console or a sub attendent phone. If the class of service has that option. It is a little different for the different Mitel phone systems.

Also, try resetting the Mitel Server by powering off and back on; typically takes 5 minutes for the phones to come back on. If this doesn't work you may have a ONS Card that needs to be replaced; contact a service technician who can diagnose the issue.
You would need to ensure that the IR 5020 has a valid IP address (Should be located on the Network Configuration Menu from the on-screen display). When plugged into the network for the first time the printer is usually given an IP address, this would allow you to connect to the web management interface and make changes to the settings from an easier interface than the on-screen display.
If you are planning on sharing the IR 5020 out from the server to other computers then you would then need to assign a static IP address to the IR 5020 so that the IP address would not change once configured.
(Side-note - I do not recommend using DHCP on printers as it can cause issues down the road if the printer is given a defferent IP address by the DHCP server.)
the 5201 set must be registered manually in the phone system. Log into the system. Change the extension. Type the MAC address of the phone in the proper field in the form. The MAC address is located on the bottom of the phone.
What is the problem with this? Are you referring to the Music on Hold? If so, what do you have for MOH? What phone system do you have? The 3300 ICP can have the music embedded into the programming. All other Mitel systems have to use an external source. You should contact your vendor for assistance.
If you're referring to the hold time, you should contact your vendor to change it.
Hello...if u have access on mitel system then u can goto user configuration form then select extension# u want to edit...from there u can even delete the mac address and more..hope it helps
I was very happy and pleased when I received the manual yesterday in my email. I really needed that for my job at New York Life Ins co., as they use Mitel phones through out the whole office. Now tell me if they sell the face plate cards for the quick dial display.
When we hire new employees, I have to change the names in pencil because I don't have extra cards to use. But it's beginning to wear some from 9 years of careful erasing I had to do.

We do have a contract with Mitel. When we have a problem, they are called to the offfice right away. And the service is excellent!
