Not sure what Al is? But here's the info to unlock that make and model of phone, 2 ways to unlock the phone- Warning: Do not enter any wrong unlock unlock codes on your Samsung SGH-E350 mobile phones. If you enter over a certain amount of wrong unlock codes on your mobile phone, your phone may get hard locked and sometimes become unusable. Method 1: 1 - Switch ON your Samsung SGH-E350 with a NOT ACCEPTED SIM Card. 2 - Samsung SGH-E350 will ask for "Password". 3 - Enter the Unlock Code. OR (if the Samsung SGH-E350 shows "Insert Correct SIM Card") Method 2: 1 - Switch ON your Samsung SGH-E350 with a NOT ACCEPTED SIM Card. 2 - Don't bother about what's being displayed on your Samsung SGH-E350. 3 - Compose : #0111*CODE#. NOT ACCEPTED: We mean, to use a sim card from a network other than the network your Samsung SGH-E350 is locked to. CODE: Its the unique Unlock Code for your Samsung SGH-E350. If method 2 does not work, you can try method 2 again but this time without any SIM card on your Samsung SGH-E350. *** and this would be a valid unlock code- *2767*3855# IT RESETS THE MEMORY.MIGHT WORK WITH OTHER SAMSUNG MODELS.WILL NOT HARM YOUR PHONE. ~good luck~

Can not find key for spacing words when texting

On the D500 the key for 'space' should be the key on the right hand side of the keypad, at the very bottom (see below).

f39273c.jpg In a text message, pressing that button will insert a space.
From the main menu of your phone, holding that button will enable 'silent mode'.

Hope this helps!!

Okay, if your phone still operates, and you just cant see anything, then here is what you press:
left soft key (menu, its the highest button on the left of the phone) down one and press middle button (address book) scroll down two or three (to make sure you are not on one of the stupid numbers att puts in the phone) left soft key (options) scroll down 13 spaces and right one space (move to sim) down one space and select (move multiple contacts) press the middle button and the left soft key (move all to sim card) press the left soft key one more time and your done! you should be able to remove the sim card and have all your contacts on there.  if you have a question, just let me know.

Samsung e350 buttons froze

Most probably - since its a sliding phone. The connector (flexible wires) have weared out. I have the same problem. Fixed it once, year after it goes out again. Not worth fixing anymore as its quite expensive to do so...more worth buying another phone...and bye bye samsung.
