There should be another set of flashing number after the E7.
There should be another 2 digit code.
This will help determine where the problem is located.
The E7 error code is a problem with either your automatic Doc Feeder or the the sorter if there is one installed.
If there is a sorter/collater, then also let me know if it has a stapling unit installed or not.

Develepor unit failure. Did you by any chance remove the Develepor unit? or did you come close to the wire connector located behind the toner bottle if so reconnect it. NOTE ! Before checking any connector make sure the power is off and not plugged into the wall outlet ....Good Luck
A good place to find one is on copytechnet.com. I checked some of the service manual websites and nothing was comming up with that model number. It could be because Pitney Bowes spun it off into Imagistics and now it's called Oce. Usually the copiers are made by Ricoh. Someone on there would know where to get the service manual under the Ricoh model number as well.
