I have a Sakar Digital Camera #98379. Sakar's help line says to go tohttp://downloads.sakarhelp.com/camera install.exe and download camera number 57482 or 57483 and it will work. I CAN"T FIND THAT PLACE. Can you help me?

-   I had the same problem. Took photos of my dog the weekend before he was put to sleep. Customer service emailed the software twice and nothing helped. Took it to a local camera shop. They downloaded the software and couldn't get the photos. Battery ran low and then dead. Photos are gone. Camera is being returned. Letters to both the store and Sakar expressing my disappointment.

I don't understand. Why do I have a disc than? My computer won't run the disc, do I just plug the usb cord to camera and computer? Thank You for trying to help me.

However if you are trying to download images to a Widows PC you do not actually need any software - Windows can it it all by its self
