Set your video player display setting to maximum pixel. And moreover it also depend on the media files you are playing.
For example : Media files converted by using Total video converter in default setting gives low video quality.

I perfer Mp4 files more than 3gp for mobile videos.

Note : "Xillisoft ultimate video converter" & "iskysoft video converter" are one of the best mobile videos media converter for quality & compatibility among different mobiles.

Tried many times to get a VGA signal used another cord not sure how clear CMOS without having the screen on to work with it can I can't take out video card to reseat it any suggestions

Here are the instructions for clearing the CMOS.

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=us&dlc=en&docname=c00757531&document=&lc=en&product=3363765#N420

Look under Clearing BIOS settings and then Clear CMOS.

I hope that this helps, but I have to say that from your video it appears that the video card is no good. I would assume that this computer probably has onboard video. You may want to look into purchasing a cheap video card and installing it. Video cards are easier to install than clearing the CMOS, so you should be able to do it with no problem.

Every time I download a video it stops every few seconds

The cause of your problem is simple: your "cache"
memory & "temporary internet files" are nearly full.
This is especially true if you've been watching lots
of videos or playing a lot of games/music.

If you are experiencing either: A) slugglish loading
and buffering, B) "choppy" videos which frequently
start/stop/start/stop, C) the YouTube dotted circle
looking like it might spin for ever, or D) videos that
will sometimes come to a sudden "stop" or freeze,
that is often a sign that your cache/memory is full
and cannot take anymore.

Exit out of YouTube (but not your browser) and do
one of the steps below. Afterwards, shutdown and
reboot. Not only will this "free up" your computer's
memory, everything will be "fresh", and load faster:

Internet Explorer 6:
→ Tools → Internet Options
→ Delete Cookies → OK
→ Delete Files → OK
→ Clear History → Yes
→ OK

Internet Explorer 7:
→ Tools → Internet Options → Delete...
→ Delete files → Yes
→ Delete cookies → OK
→ Delete history → OK
→ Close (browsing history window)
→ OK

Internet Explorer 8:
→ Tools → Delete Browsing History
[. ] Preserve Favorites (leave blank)
[x] Temporary Internet files
[x] Cookies
[x] History
→ Delete

Mozilla Firefox 3:
→ Tools → Clear Private Data
[x] Browsing History
[x] Download History
[x] Saved Form and Search History
[x] Cache
[x] Cookies
→ Clear Private Data Now
Google Chrome:
→ Tools (wrench) → Clear browsing data...
[x] Clear browsing history
[x] Clear download history
[x] Empty the cache
[x] Delete cookies
Clear data from this period: → Everything
→ Clear Browsing Data

Thanks......Have a great time.

I am using a Panasonic TH-50PD12U plasma display as tv monitor. Basic digital cable hooked up through vcr and s-video cable to display. The picture is not clear. Hooked up the computer and the words are...

What connectors do you have at each end, ie output and input?
Is it S-Video at each end or are you converting, as I suspect, composite video out, yellow RCA plug, to S-Video in on monitor?
Converting composite to S-Video via a passive cable doesn't yield good results, as its simply feeding the composite to the two S-Video signal-components, Chroma and Luminance.
As the video output of a VCR has limited bandwidth, the signal out will never be perfectly clear, but if you can get hold of an active 'powered' booster / sharpener / crispener unit, it will help to clean up and amplify the signal, so improving clarity.
Another point:
A lot of generic Composite<>S-Video cables simply bridge or short out the C 'chroma' & Y 'luminance' pins.
A hack to improve the timing signals is to solder a 470pF ceramic capacitor across C and Y as shown in schematic.
This circuit show S-video input, but may work as out.

Blurry video

Hi,

I think the issue is that you have just chosen the compact video setting.
To change it go to video mode and scroll the wheel to normal mode...thats it..
