Re: cant access the windows
It shows that it can not access the operating system you need to reinstall the operating system. there is also one reason why it can not proceed, try to checck the connectors of your hard disk if it looses then power on. if the connectors are intact then reinstall the operating system.

Hi Jennifer,... IE (Internet Explorer or the Blue E) should only be 1 icon on your desktop and independent from the others. Can you upload a pic/screenshot of the error? You're running windows 7, I take it.
You can remove or change the Window's User or administrator's password and privileges. You need access to a computer with Internet access to download the Hiren's Boot CD and burn it onto a CD. Then insert this CD into the laptop/computer and boot up the laptop/computer with the Hiren's CD and follow the instructions. There are very useful utilities CD and it a Linux boot CD which contains quite a lot of Utility programs including a password removal program. Click on one of these links to download HIREN'S BOOTCD :- http://www.hirensbootcd.net/http://18.104.22.168/
If it is an internal webcam (the one on the top of the monitor) look for a key on your keyboard, which has a webcam picture on it,then press the key and Fn (function) key at the same time when you're on the desktop If it is an external webcam (which connected to the USB ports) go to Device Manager by right clicking on My Computer, select Properties,on the Properties window click on Hardware tab, then click Device Manager. Or if you are using windows Vista or windows 7,you can type "device" on the start menu and select Device Manager On device manager window, expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers and see if there are an USB which has "?" sign on it (or any sign) Then right click on the signed device (if there are one) and select uninstall, follow the uninstall process and restart your computer The computer will reinstall the driver automatically Please let me know if it's working
