SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

CRT monitors can fade over time. try resetting factory settings and degaussing, if you have that option. If not, you need a new monitor. Buy an lcd.

Dell E177FPB monitor has ghost images "bleeding"

I had dual monitor with color bleed to the right. The solution was
1) identify optimal resolution for both monitors ( Dell 198wfp @ 1400 x 900) and (Laptop @ 1200 x 800) 2) check colour setting (32 bit or 16 bit) 3) reduce colour setting down to 16 bit) 4) Check performance 5) reduce screen resolution 6) check 7) cycle between screen color and screen resolution 8) if no luck, check updating the drivers for graphic card 9) if no luck, check updating monitor drivers 10) if no luck, check altering memory set aside for graphics (onboard memory for example or off-graphics-chip-on-RAM-memory) 11) Monitor checking software is very helpful : try "" for the Nokia Monitor Test (a CRT tester) or any other freeware/shareware testing program such as passmark's products etc.,
You might just have to suffer with a large workspace and mungy grapics performance though ... I am.

Monitor color display problem

Go to the control panel. Click on display. The display applet is your next stop. The display applet is your central location for all of your display settings, including resolution, refresh rate, driver info., and color depth. The display applet has 5 tabs: Thmes, Desktop, Screen Saver, Appearance, and Settings. The 5th tab is where you make adjustments that relate directly to your monitor and video card. Look at the Settings tab. At the bottom of the dialog box, you'll see 2 options. Screen Resolution and Color Quality. By moving the Screen Resolution slider, you can change the resolution. The most common resolutions are 640x480, 800x600, 1,024x768, and 1,280x1,024.Your system may have more or fewer resolution options.

The color quality is the number of colors displayed on the screen .You can change the screen resolution with a simple slider and adjust the color depth from 4-bit all the way up to 32-bit color.

Running a 32-bit color gives a nice, realistic tone to images, and many games insist on it.

Clicking the Advance button opens another dialog box with 4 or more tabs.

The monitor tab gives you details about the currently installed monitor and enables you to make changes to the driver and the refresh rate.

After you make your changes to your monitor and it still is not working properly, it must be your video card which is not seated.
In layman term, your video card is not plugged in firmly in the slot!!
