Re: changing batteries

The battery compartment should be under the house part ( it should snap out and be located on the bottom)

I just bought a brand new pram Kortina in April, 2010 and I have a manual for it in .pdf. If I would have had your email address - I could send it to you - all instructional photos are there.
I bought it from (from Germany). You can contact them directly if you like. This is what I did to get the manual in electronic format (
Anyhow, I would be happy to share the manual with you - just let me know how.

Can't locate the battery in the evenflo mega exersaucer to change

I have found a way to replace the batteries on the monkey truck.

First of all you have to consider if it is worth it. The monkey / banana truck takes three (3) LR44 batteries. I have looked and found these to cost $4.50 to $5.50 each.

If you choose to continue, please read all the way through the directions before continuing. Although my method does not require removing the decals, it does require damage to them.

1. Remove the truck from the Exersaucer. The base has four tabs that need to be slightly deflected to remove the base.

2. Turn the base over and remove the four screws holding the truck to the base. Remove the truck from the base.

3. Using a utility knife and following the seam in the plastic, make a slice down the center of the windshield decal and the back window decal.

4. Using a #1 Phillips head screwdriver, poke a hole in the decals of the front and rear driver's side windows. The hole is to be located halfway down the window, and an 1/8" (3mm) from the back or rear of the window respectively. In each hole, there is a Phillips head screw to be removed.

5. Remove the screw in each wheel on the driver's side.

6. Separate the two halves of the truck body, remove the center assembly. It may be stuck due to the glue on the side window decals. The yellow and red lights can be pushed out from the outside of the truck.

7. Locating the circuit board you can see the three batteries under retainers.

8. Remove the four screws holding the circuit board to the center assembly.

9. Bend up two tabs on the battery retainers and push the batteries out of the retainers.

10. Replace the batteries.

11. Reassemble in reverse order.

The main unit also takes 3 AAA batteries.  For the model I have you need to remove 2 screws to get to the battery compartment.

Making my zooper available to 2 children with an attachment

First of all, a heartfelt congratulations! Second, it's definitely challenging having children so close together.

The Zooper Boogie is a good stroller and it's engineered in a VERY specific way to provide baby safety and comfort. It does this by providing a slightly lower center of gravity focused on the rotating single front wheel. This makes it more maneuverable for parents and keeps baby at the center of the swivel. Attaching a second compartment on the front or back of this particular carriage would undermine the engineered balance, tremendously. At least one occupant would suffer from an extended swing when maneuvering that could be more than just uncomfortable, especially if it was extended forward over the front wheel. Some stroller companies might be willing to do this, Zooper doesn't.

The best alternative that they offer is the Tango which is engineered for two. I know that you mentioned that you wouldn't purchase a double stroller but modifying a single might be uncomfortable and possibly dangerous for your little ones. I would recommend against it.

Once again, congratulations on your blessings!
