i can upload the cd but in step 9 i think,it says it cant find a signal/connection?wht do i do?

If your computer is running on windows xp, connect your pc directly to the modem. Then go to www.linksys.com/connect. Run easylink connect and follow the instructions. It is best to disable your firewall and other security applications before running the tool.

you can configure the router with out using the CD just manually configure it
