Your tv has a problem with the convergence, adjust it using the original remote go to the setting's menu then go to the convergence section. Adjust the convergence color red and blue the green color is your guide you cannot move this green color, then you should move the red and the blue in all direction left to right, up and down. It depends on what kind of convergence problem you got & what kind of universal remote you are using. If you mean aligning the crossline some
universal remote can be used to align the colors & on most TV you don't have to save it. Otherwise it will tell you what to do. If you are talking about aligning the convergence by accessing the service menu, you need the original remote control. Of coures this procedure is ONLY for the experience
